CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES
DESIGN & APPROVAL
All custom pieces are built based on specifications discussed prior to purchase, including size, design, and finish.
Final design details will be confirmed before production begins. Once approved, no changes can be made
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin your custom order.
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.
Consultation fees, if applicable, will be applied toward the final balance.
LEAD TIME
Custom pieces are built to order. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of purchase but may vary based on workload and material availability.
We will communicate any significant delays.
CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
WOOD & FINISH VARIATIONS
Each piece is handcrafted from real wood. Variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are natural and expected. These are not considered defects.
DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for ensuring the piece will fit through doorways, hallways, and intended spaces prior to delivery or pickup
DAMAGE
If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess and resolve the issue
AGREEMENT
By submitting payment for a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
