Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors.
2. Products & Custom Orders.
All products are handcrafted and may include natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture. These variations are not considered defects.
Custom orders are made to the specifications approved by the customer prior to production. Once approved, the order is considered final.
3. Pricing & Payments.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
For custom orders:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work.

Final payment is due prior to delivery or pick up.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.
4. Lead Times.
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Estimated lead times are provided but are not guaranteed, as they may vary based on:

Production timelines
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Returns & Refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of custom orders are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
For damaged items, customers must notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Photo documentation is required.
We will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.
6. Cancellations.
Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After this, deposits are non-refundable.
7. Customer Responsibility.
Customers are responsible for:

Verifying all measurements, paint/stain color, finishes, and specifications before approval.

Ensuring the item(s) will fit through entryways and intended spaces.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
Any changes requested by the customer after production has begun may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
If a requested change requires rework, including, but not limited to, design modifications, material changes, or refinishing:

The customer is fully responsible for all additional labor and material costs.

A revised quote will be provided for approval before proceeding.

Work will not continue until the change order is approved and any additional required payment is received.
We reserve the right to decline change requests that are not feasible or would significantly impact production.
8. Care & Maintenance.
Proper care is required to maintain the quality of wood products.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, the use of cleaning products not intended for wood, or lack of maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Intellectual Property.
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
11. Changes to Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
